Tyler's Boys Trip

Tyler got to spend his birthday weekend in Dallas with some of his undergrad roommates attending a BYU football game and doing other boy things like golfing and eating spicy Mexican food.  They had a great time.  Logan scored them some front-row seats and they even made an appearance on ESPN!  Tyler's dreams really have been fulfilled. :)  Here are some pictures:

Columbus Weekend

Back in October our ward had a youth temple trip planned so Tyler and I decided to make a weekend of it!  We stayed with our BYU friends, Brittney and Ryan for one last hoorah before they became parents.  They were so generous to watch Caleb while we met our ward for the temple baptisms.

Here we are outside with a few of our girls.  It's so hard to get a picture with everyone because we're anxious to get in before and ready to get home after.  At least I got a few...

The girls egged us into a cheesy pregnancy photo.  4 months here.

After the temple we headed to a fall festival with R&B.  It was a bit windy, but totally fun.

New favorite picture of my boys together!

This was the best we could get of the three of us.  On the hayride.

Caleb totally enjoyed Ryan.

Choosing a pumpkin.

Loving the tractor.

So pretty, isn't it?

Playing in this awesome hay pile with slides in a barn.

Daddy helped a lot. We're still finding random pieces of hay everywhere from that day!

Time to go home and get warm!

Thanks R&B for a great weekend and for watching Caleb so we could go to the temple together!

Philadelphia

Also in October, Tyler's mom came to visit.  We spent the weekend with D&C at their place and took a day trip to Philadelphia.  I hadn't ever seen these US History sites before, so that was pretty cool.

At the Liberty Bell Museum

A Dr. Pepper man was handing out free cans from his truck to the people on the street.  Kind of fun!

This place is very cool with lots of awesome food.  It was amazingly stuffed full of people.

We tried some authentic philly cheesesteaks.  And enjoyed them!  Pretty similar to the ones we enough here in the Burgh actually.

Caleb being his adorable self.  Christie's so good with him.

He discovered the pockets in his stroller this day and decided to use them for his socks, more than once.

Checking out some statues.  He loves Derek too!

Playing in the park whilst waiting for a tour of Constitution Hall.

Seeing some more sites.

We finished the day with some decadent ice cream from this cute place.
