Oh My Girls
What is it like having a girls night with all your teenage young women when you're not a teenager anymore? Well, it's pretty fun! It's strange when you're only 28 and there are new slang words you don't understand. It's sweet when they come looking for you when you've left the room for a minute. It's surprising when nearly all of them show up. It's silly when they entertain themselves with your one-year-old's toys. It's stinky when they all paint their nails at once. It's super when they include everyone and have fun together. Turns out Friday night + pizza + ice cream + cameras + girls still makes for a really great party. Oh I love my young women!
